First Blog Post 8/28
Like many in my generation, I have grown up using technology. Throughout elementary school I did assignments that involved the use of Microsoft Word. In middle school I bought an Ipod Touch, and learned the basics of technology and programs. These early experiences served as a base for a life of learning with and around technology. My time in high school and college was fairly average in terms of my utilization of technology. I have a Macbook Pro thatI use for all my assignments in school, but have done little in the way of advanced technological study. I hope that this class will help me to better understand the role of technology in the modern classroom. Given that technology in schools is a rapidly developing field, a course such as this can be lucrative to the education of any students who wish to get a better grasp on technology and the modern classroom as a whole.
